The long wait is finally over!

We are very pleased to send you the official invitation to LGT Capital Partners’ Global Staff Event 2026, which will take place from Thursday, 25 June to Saturday, 27 June 2026.

After celebrating our 25th anniversary in Vienna in 2023, this time we are heading to a different location.

Hamburg

Known as the “Gateway to the World,” Hamburg is a city with a rich history, a lively cultural scene and a deep-rooted identity shaped by centuries of global trade. It combines cosmopolitanism with Hanseatic tradition, and with its maritime flair, it will offer a unique setting for our Global Staff Event. What’s more, Hamburg also has a very special place in our own history: It is the city where we welcomed our firm's first external client around 25 years ago.

Under the theme [xxx], the event will feature a staff meeting to discuss key business updates and strategic developments, as well as a gala dinner, team-building activities and more. You can find more details on the event page (see below).

The dates should already be blocked in your calendar.

Registration and deadline

As you can imagine, organizing an event with approximately 1,000 staff members from 16 offices worldwide expected to attend presents certain logistical challenges.


We therefore kindly ask you to register for the event or to indicate that you are unable to attend by 15 December 2025. You must fill out the tool even if you are unable to attend.

Travel Options

When registering for flights, please keep in mind that the flights are being booked as roundtrip itineraries. This means that your chosen outbound flight will be automatically linked to specific return flight options. You can use the image to the side to see which return flights pair with your desired outbound flight.

Dress Code

During the event, the dress code is generally casual.

At the Gala Dinner, the dress code is “festive”, which means:

  • For women, we recommend long dresses that extend beyond the knee. As the venue features cobblestone flooring, we recommend wearing block heels, wedges, or elegant flats for your comfort and safety.

  • For men, we recommend black tie/tuxedo, or, alternatively, an elegant suit with a tie.
